利用地板式步进料仓来储存替代燃料-Storing alternative fuels with the moving-floor System

一、建设背景(Background)

传统的替代燃料SRF转运生产线中,主要由人工装载上料,由于人工操作或者设备不完善,粉尘往往难以控制扩散,导致整个生产车间或工厂环境充满可燃粉尘。而自动化设备能够更精确地控制粉尘的扩散,使用封闭式输送系统、卸料设备等,避免粉尘外溢。此外,系统在进行作业时,可以通过负压控制技术,将粉尘直接抽取或收集,减少粉尘的扩散,从而降低工人的接触风险,降低现场的安全风险。

二、红杉解决方案(Our solution)

2.2 设计原则

The bins can receive the material at one defined ratio (X t/h) and supply this same material at another ratio  (Y t/h), even at the same time.

The first material in is the first material out. FIFO.

HPU for Maanshan ,in cooperation with CRCC

This hydraulic power unit (HPU) is designed to transforms electrical energy to hydraulic energy using mineral oil (Viscosity: 46mm2/s at 40ºC). The HPU’s axial piston pump with a “load sensing” setting with its electromotor are placed on a removable top-side lid together with the manifold.The manifold is comprised of the on-off valve and the proportional DC valve for regulating the oil volume (System speed).

2.4.5  Leakage trays(optional)

The leakage trays are designed to collect the most of the leaches that pass through the flooring keeping the supports and the surrounding area clean of contamination.托盘旨在收集通过地板的大部分泄露,以保持支撑物和周围区域免受污染。

The leakage trays consist in a steel structure cover by polyethylene and welded to other polyethylene plates in a certain way to allow the liquids flow to the sewer. 托盘由聚乙烯覆盖的钢结构组成,并以一定方式焊接到其他聚乙烯板上,以使渗漏的流体(粉体及液体)流向下水道。

三、除尘与料仓的结合实践 Our practice

In the Maanshan project, we innovatively adopted a system design that combines silos and dust removal to ensure that the dust emission concentration can be below 10mg/Nm3.

In addition, through a compact structural design, the integration of unloading-silos-discharging-dust removal equipment is achieved in a very small footprint.

The process flow chart is as follows:

在最新的建设项目中,我们创新性的采用了料仓和除尘结合的系统设计方案,确保粉尘排放浓度能够到10mg/Nm3以下。

另外,通过紧凑的结构设计,在很小的占地面积下,实现了卸料-料仓–出料-除尘这些装备的集成。
